When will my order ship?
All decal orders will ship within 1-2 business days. All glassware orders will ship within 1-3 business days. * Please note: During holidays season(s) processing days may take longer due to the volume of orders.

How long will my order take once it has been shipped?
Decal orders typically ship via regular USPS Postal Mail which can take anywhere from 3-10 mailing days, depending on location. (However, these orders typically arrive within 3-7 mailing days.)

Glassware orders may be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on our processing selection. These can take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on the destination location.

Are returns accepted?
Since all decals are made once ordered, and the glassware is custom, we do not accept standard returns at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order or did not receive the correct items, please contact us right away to resolve the issue.

Do you offer custom decal orders?
Yes! We do accept custom decal orders. However, we do not currently offer artwork services for your logos/design ideas. You will need to have your logo/design file handy. Please contact us directly with information on what you are looking to have made, so we can provide a quote.
